GLITTER PRIMER

Minimize your glitter fallout. Give your loose glitter something to hold on to.

Use a flat brush to apply the primer- will glide on smoothly. Then, gently dab the RC Loose Glitter on top of the primer and watch the glitter stay in place!

Our glitter primer can also be used to apply our chameleon flakes!
